When I first moved to Watford I needed a storage and Storage 85 is the one I chose (it was called Watford City Storage back then and was under different management). Storage 85 took over and it immediately looked and felt more professional. April came in and changed the office from a mechanic's messy office into a very warm, well decorated place which is the first thing you notice when going in there. April caught me off guard because she was so friendly and professional and I instantly liked her. April was always understanding and fair and did everything she could to work with any situation just as long as you kept in contact with her and followed through with your arrangements. She commanded the respect from tenants but was well liked by all! I recently left because I moved and April assisted me in getting a refund on a month's worth of rent that would probably have been impossible if April hadn't contacted the right people. It took awhile but I finally got it! Kudos April! In a world where customer services seems to be a thing of the past, which for customers, is very sad and very aggravating; so when you meet someone like April when you're fed up with rude people, she's like a breath of fresh air! Thanks April for everything! If you are ever in need of short term, mid term or long term storage, definitely call Storage 85; not only the best management but clean, organized and SECURE! I'll wrap this up with another kudo to Vincent, who, being the assistant there is also a fantastic person. He is extremely calm and collected when speaking with people who are angry and argumentative (lol, me, a couple of times and nothing to do with him or April) and can usually end the conversation on a good note. So my opinion, as you can see, is to highly recommend Storage 85, April and Vincent if ever in need of storage!“
